We offer two types of remote administration maintenance plans. These enable us to connect to your computers via the Internet to perform routine maintenance and fix many problems. Each plan utilizes software called "Proxy" to provide fast, secure Internet connections for remote administration.

  1. Response time to service requests can be within minutes instead of hours.
  2. Many problems can be fixed without us even having to come to your office, saving you time and money by not having to wait for Computers Concept to arrive on site.
  3. No trip fees.
  4. Remote installation of software upgrades.
  5. Small jobs such as adding new users to the network and other minor changes can be done faster.
  6. Major problems can be caught and avoided before it's too late, including: backup failures, out-of-date virus definitions, and system failures.
Option 1: Ongoing Server Maintenance

Benefits: Weekly server monitoring to ensure proper function.

Fees: € 129 Monthly per server payable in advance, or pre-pay for one year and get one month free. 		Option 2: Ongoing Workstation Maintenance

Benefits: Remote administration of workstations and regular preventative maintenance service. Remote troubleshooting of problems.

  • Free Setup




Fees:€ 80 monthly fee for 1-8 workstations. Pre-pay for one year and get one month free. For 9 or more workstations, please request price.

  • One year contract
Payment Terms
  • Payment quarterly by direct debit in advance.Pre-pay annually and receive one month free
Termination
  • 3 months written notice
  • Early cancellation fees apply
Labour Warranty Period:
  • 30 days from the date of repair
  • The warranty is invalid if:
    • Damage caused by natural acts, i.e storms, lightning, flood, etc
    • Power surge
    • Virus damage to hardware or software
    • Customer abuse, neglect or ignorance
    • Fire or smoke damage
    • Theft damage
    • Software damage, including operating and all subsequent software
    • Laptop batteries
    • Consumable items
Exclusions from All Plans:
  • Service on any Macintosh.

  • Computers Concept reserves the right to reject any and all contracts prior to going into effect. This contract does not state or intends to state that each and every item is serviceable. After a contract has been established, should a device be rendered inoperative because of lack of available parts, manufacturer support, or service literature, Computers Concept reserves the right to cancel the contract.
